Mend Dental was founded in 1998 and has been proudly offering high-quality family dentistry in Firle for over two decades. In 2023 we moved to a purpose fitted out state of the art dental centre to offer a better service. We are currently serving our third generation of patients.

Mend Dental offers a wide range of dental services, including general dentistry services such as checkups, fillings, dental implants, and dentures. We also provide cosmetic services like teeth whitening and custom cosmetic veneers. Additionally, we offer treatments such as CEREC same-day dental crowns, SureSmile? orthodontics, and more.

At Mend Dental, we understand that some patients may feel anxious about dental visits. Dr. Arthur Shizas and our team take special care to ensure your comfort. We won’t rush you in and out. Instead, we listen to your concerns and customise your treatments to prioritise your comfort. We also offer laughing gas (inhalation sedation) and IV sedation for those who need extra support during treatment. Your dentist will discuss which option suits you.

Yes, we accept most major health funds and can claim on the spot with HICAPS. Mend Dental is committed to making dental care accessible to our patients. We also bulk-bill for children who are eligible for the Medicare Child Dental Benefits Scheme. We are also a BUPA platinum dentist as well as HCF more for teeth and Medibank provider.
